Diablo Smoothies... Devilishly Good For You!

"Smooth Devil"
- 1 can Diablo Energy Drink
- 6 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup ice
*Makes a great “Diablo Daiquiri”! Just Add Rum!*
"Smooth She-Devil" (The Whole She-Bang)
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 an orange, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 an apple, peeled and cored
- 2 chunks of fresh pineapple, peeled
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
- 6 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 or 2 cans Diablo Energy Dink
"Power Devil"
- 1 can Diablo Energy Drink
- 1 large banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
- 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup raspberry sherbet
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup whey protein powder
Adjust the consistency by adding more sherbet if it's too thin or more cranberry juice if it's too thick.
"Berry Devilish"
- 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 10-12 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 or 2 Cans Diablo Energy Drink
"Tropical Devil"
- 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 mango, peeled and pitted
- 2 kiwis, peeled
- 1/2 a papaya
- 10-12 strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 or 2 cans Diablo Energy Drink
"Creamy Devil"
- Two small containers of fruit-flavored yoghurt, ideally strawberry, raspberry or cherry
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen summer berries
- 1 can Diablo Energy Dink
- 2 bananas (fresh or frozen)

Directions for All: Blend in blender on high speed until smooth, about one minute.
